EAST HAMPTON — Epoch Arts, which serves the community and young people, will celebrate its 25th anniversary with a free open house on Sunday afternoon.

The day will include an art gallery showcasing current students as well as alumni art, live music, performances by members of the Spring Classes, from 2-3 p.m., art demonstrations, a community mural and a photo booth with props and costumes to pose with, according to a press release.

There will also be a splatter mural, animation demonstrations, an Epoch timeline, face painting, craftable bubble wands, building tours and more, the organization said.

Food and original 25-year-old Epoch t-shirts will be on sale at the event. There will also be 11 original hand-painted chairs made by girls participating in Breaking Silences and their artist mentors.

All proceeds from the sale of the chairs will help fund the girl group next semester. At 3:00 p.m. the original band will perform songs from past productions and at 3:30 p.m. there will be a musical parade in the front yard to display original artwork and reveal the mural.

Epoch Arts is located at 27 Skinner St. For more information, visit epocharts.org.
